Got rid of waterboard and waterBoardJob. Reduced dikes to one dike. Added some files for Dikes operational (Timeseries calculator and DupuitCalculator. Only I doubt we want Dupuit (hence its strange location). Tom has to decide on that.Related to Issue [MWDAM-1031]
