In preparation of using the importers for database in the MAC UI, it is preferable to single out the GeoTechnics.IO from the DSoilModel project to a more general place. In order to do that, GeoTechnics.IO must bge stripped from useless and/or unused code and references. This is part of that.Related to Issue [MACUI-5]
