Made sure DesignCalculator returns proper messages when Prepare fails or is not relevant. Improved DamMacroStabilityOutwardsKernelWrapper and adapted test for it. Related to Issue [MWDAM-1057]
Added DamFailureMechanismeCalculationSpecification to KernelInput as this comes from the xml and should not be set in the results themselves. Also added tests for Stability outward. Related to Issue [MWDAM-1057]
