Step 1: Added ProjectFileName to StabilityOutputItem to solve the problem. Implemented it correctly in Stab Inwards. This now has to be made consistent for all kernel wrappers. Other files were trails to solve but that was not general. Will resolve this in step 2. This step 1 is done so we can release the engine for test in UI. Related to Issue [MWDAM-1175]
