Renamed Ringtoets.Piping.Calculation (and related projects) to Ringtoets.Piping.KernelWrapper (and related projects) to better match its purpose. Added Ringtoets.Piping.Primitives project and test project. Added Ringtoets.Piping.InputParameterCalculation project and test project.
